Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans and ensure that residents' needs are met. This full-time position with a night shift schedule requires compassion, motivation, and a commitment to helping others.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation services that cater to residents with high complexity of needs. Our team members at Hall 1 are essential in providing daily activities, services, and support to residents.
Job Summary
The LPN role involves utilizing nursing principles, basic physical assessment skills, and assuming responsibilities of a leadership role as necessary. You will contribute to the daily operations of the unit and play a crucial part in the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Less than one year of experience required.
