Job Title: LPN-LTC - Subacute Rehabilitation Unit

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position requires working night shifts with a weekend commitment from 7:00pm to 7:30am.

Job Summary

Provide individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
Assume leadership responsibilities as needed and contribute to the unit's daily operations.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (diploma).
Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA CPR Certification.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
