Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this full-time position with a weekend commitment on the night shift, you will serve as a staff nurse in Hall 1, a 40-45 bed long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure the residents' needs are met.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent education.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Less than one year of experience required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with specialized medical equipment.
