LPN-LTC: Subacute Rehabilitation Unit
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a night shift commitment and offers the opportunity to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a specialized 40-45 bed long-term care unit that provides subacute rehabilitation services for residents with complex needs. Our team is known for its compassionate and dedicated approach to patient care.
Job Summary
As an LPN in our unit, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized care plans. You will play a key role in meeting the residents' healthcare needs and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the unit.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Licensed Practical Nurse license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical equipment.
- Less than one year of experience required.
