Summary
Join our team at Levindale Hospital and be a part of Hall 1, a 40-45 bed long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation. As an integral part of our staff, you will provide compassionate care and support to residents with high complexity needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Attend to daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure residents' needs are met.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment such as IV Pump, EKG Machine, etc.
- Less than one year of experience required; formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree.
