Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our team, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment during the night shift, from 7:00pm to 7:30am. You will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents, ensuring their needs are met and contributing to the daily operations of the unit. Candidates should have a diploma from an accredited school of nursing, possess a Practical Nursing license, and hold AHA CPR Certification.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to residents.
- Utilize basic computer skills and operate medical equipment effectively.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and experience with medical equipment.
