Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-time LPN-LTC to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse, you will work the night shift (7:00pm-7:30am) with a weekend commitment.
Unit Summary
Our Hall 1 unit is a 40-45 bed long-term care facility specializing in sub acute rehabilitation for residents with high complexity of needs. We offer a supportive environment where compassionate and dedicated staff members provide exceptional care and daily activities.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, the Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans, ensuring residents' needs are met. The role involves overseeing daily unit operations and occasionally assuming leadership responsibilities.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing
- Less than one year of experience
- Practical Nursing license and AHA CPR Certification
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and specialized medical equipment
