Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this full-time position with a night shift from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing. The unit, Hall 1, caters to residents with high complexity needs, offering comprehensive services and daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities when necessary.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure residents' needs are met.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent education.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
