Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. We offer Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem positions with competitive pay ranging from $22.00 to $28.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license, or compact state license.
