Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Applewood Center. The LPN will provide efficient nursing care, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care. This position requires availability for 3am-3pm and 7am-3pm shifts, including weekends. Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
