Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking full-time Evening and Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team at Pheasant Wood. The LPN role involves delivering efficient nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) and contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
