Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking full-time Evening and Night Shift LPNs to join the Pheasant Wood team. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will deliver efficient and effective nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
