We are currently seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Sinking Spring Nursing and Rehab. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective patient care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
