Join us at Exeter Center as a Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and be part of our new leadership team! Located in beautiful Exeter, NH, we provide short-term rehabilitation services, long-term care, and respite care. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
