Genesis Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our geriatric and long-term care team at Clayton Center. We have full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available for both day and night shifts. Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient nursing care with a focus on positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Evaluate patient conditions, report changes, and contribute to care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Supervise and monitor unlicensed staff providing patient care.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
