Genesis Health is seeking a Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Exeter Center, located in Exeter, NH. Join a dynamic team in a facility offering short-term rehabilitation services, long-term care, and respite care. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LPN will deliver efficient nursing care, administer medications, and monitor patient care.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report condition changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.
