Job Description

Genesis Health is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This position includes Tuition Assistance and various benefits such as Nursing Student Loan Debt Repayment, Health, Dental, Vision, and more.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
