Job Description
Genesis HealthCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver efficient nursing care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. Key responsibilities include evaluating patients, contributing to care planning, administering medications, and supervising patient care.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, monitor conditions, and report changes
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
- Current or pending Licensed Practical Nurse licensure
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification
