Job Description
We are currently looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the Genesis Health team at Pheasant Wood for all shifts. If you are passionate about providing efficient and effective nursing care while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction, this role is for you!
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
