Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Pottstown Nursing and Rehab. This position offers full-time opportunities on all shifts with competitive wages and shift differentials. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient nursing care, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
- Current LPN licensure or pending licensure
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification
