Salary: $90,284.22 - $141,213.78 per year
Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance and repair activities of military housing. In this role, you will lead a team of maintenance technicians and administrative assistants to ensure timely and efficient property maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all maintenance and repair tasks for military housing.
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and administrative staff.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and regulations.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to prolong the lifespan of equipment and facilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED; vocational/technical school training preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in property management or hospitality maintenance.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- Universal EPA 608 HVAC certification.
- Ability to obtain Certified Pool Operator certification within 12 months of hire.
