Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior building repairs.
- Handle pipe fitting, plumbing, HVAC, and building utility systems.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repair of electrical, air compressor, fire systems, and more.
- Perform rigging, setting equipment, and mechanical rebuilds.
- Engage in a variety of maintenance tasks, from electrical installations to conduit bending.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Compensation Details: $33-33 Hourly Wage
