Avesta Housing is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician (Floater) to maintain buildings and grounds of affordable housing properties in Kittery, Maine, and the Seacoast region of New Hampshire. Join our team dedicated to housing equity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings and grounds according to quality standards.
• Perform basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general repair tasks.
• Work on-call schedule as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience or willingness to learn basic repair skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Technology experience is a plus.
