Job Description
GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance operations, you will be responsible for the upkeep and turns of residential apartment homes.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance of apartment homes, building interiors and exteriors, and public areas.
- Complete repairs in areas such as small appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Respond to emergency calls according to company policies.
- Other duties as per the job description.
Skills Required
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Effective communication both verbally and in writing.
- Detail-oriented and great customer service skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in multifamily facilities maintenance.
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- EPA certification required.
- Exceptional safety skills and ability to lift over 50lbs.
- Knowledge of equipment functions, appliances, and tools.
