Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Toyo Tires North America Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking talented Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to join our dynamic team at our new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

Education and Experience Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Five or more years of mechanical/electrical experience.
• Expertise in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) - Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley, AC & DC Servo drives, Hydraulics and pneumatics, Variable frequency drives (VFDs), and electrical system troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Willingness to work a night shift schedule that includes weekends and holidays in a manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

• Occasional lifting of objects up to 80 pounds in weight.

Experience and Education

• 4 years of experience in advanced maintenance of industrial equipment.
• High School diploma or equivalent; preferred Associates or better in Manufacturing Technology or related field.
