Job Description
Toyo Tires NA Manufacturing Inc. is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our dynamic team at our cutting-edge manufacturing facility in White, Georgia. As a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and maintaining advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with PLCs. Your expertise in PLCs, AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical systems will be essential to ensure the continuous operation of our state-of-the-art machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain advanced production machinery.
- Ensure the proper functioning of robotic-driven equipment with PLCs.
- Perform maintenance on AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical systems.
- Adhere to a night shift schedule, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
- Minimum of five years of mechanical/electrical experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in PLCs (Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley), AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical systems.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 80 pounds.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
