Responsibilities
- Complete general maintenance tasks promptly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems.
- Ensure cleanliness of property and common areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Available for emergency call duties and weekend work.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED.
- Minimum 1 year experience in property management maintenance.
- Basic computer skills and strong communication abilities.
- Physical capabilities to meet job requirements.
