Job Description
Join the Toyo Tires North America team as a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician at our cutting-edge manufacturing facility in White, Georgia. As a Maintenance Technician, you will troubleshoot and maintain advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs). We are looking for individuals with an Associate's Degree or equivalent technical education, at least five years of mechanical and electrical experience, and expertise in various areas such as PLCs, AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain advanced production machinery.
- Utilize expertise in PLCs, servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and VFDs.
- Work night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrate effective learning, problem-solving, and safety-oriented attitude.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or equivalent technical education.
- Minimum of five years of mechanical and electrical experience.
- Expertise in PLCs, servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical systems.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Capacity to lift objects weighing up to 80 pounds.
