Job Description
Toyo Tires North America Manufacturing, Inc. is looking for dedicated Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Maintenance Technician, you will troubleshoot and maintain advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs). You must have a solid background in Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley PLCs, AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and electrical system troubleshooting and maintenance. Additionally, you should be willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a manufacturing environment. The key to success in this role includes being an effective learner, problem-solver, safety-oriented, and capable of working independently and in teams.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
- Five or more years of mechanical/electrical experience.
- Strong expertise in PLCs, servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical systems.
- Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Experience & Education
- 4 years of experience in advanced maintenance of industrial equipment.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Associates or better in Manufacturing Technology or related field.
