Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join Charter Next Generation, North America’s leading independent producer of high-performance film and packaging solutions. Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production lines following safety protocols.
• Collaborate with supervisors and co-workers for efficient operations.
• Perform electrical panel building, installation, and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, repairs, and special projects as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Associate degree in relevant field and 3-5 years of maintenance experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements

This role involves physical work on a production floor, including lifting up to 65 pounds, climbing stairs, and working in varying temperatures.
