Job Description
Toyo Tires NA, a renowned tire manufacturing company, is seeking Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians for its state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. The ideal candidates will troubleshoot and maintain advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with PLCs. This role requires expertise in PLCs, servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical system maintenance. The position involves working night shifts on weekends and holidays in a manufacturing environment. Key success indicators include effective learning, problem-solving skills, positive attitude, multitasking ability, safety orientation, and teamwork. Physical requirements may involve lifting objects up to 80 pounds.
Requirements
- Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent from a technical school
- Experience: 5+ years in mechanical/electrical maintenance
- Expertise in PLCs (Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley), servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical systems
- Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
