We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team and oversee plant maintenance programs. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance while conducting maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance for plant equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Maintain tools and equipment for manufacturing processes.
• Document work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide coaching on equipment usage and repairs.
• Execute carpentry and masonry tasks for plant improvement projects.
• Handle miscellaneous tasks such as electrical, plumbing, painting, and building repairs.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude with common tools.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Experience in industrial machine maintenance.
• Knowledge of CMMS and industrial systems.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
