As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and repair of our properties, contributing to our commitment to superior customer service and community building.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs across various areas including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, pool, and spa.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion of work orders.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance issues and uphold safety and health standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance work and materials used.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed.
  • Participate in after-hours emergency on-call rotation and snow removal duties.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of general maintenance and repair experience.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO, and carpentry systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Aptitude for standing, walking, and climbing for extended periods.
  • Capability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
