Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and repair of our properties, contributing to our commitment to superior customer service and community building.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across various areas including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, pool, and spa.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion of work orders.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance issues and uphold safety and health standards.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance work and materials used.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed.
- Participate in after-hours emergency on-call rotation and snow removal duties.
- Adhere to safety procedures and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of general maintenance and repair experience.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO, and carpentry systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Aptitude for standing, walking, and climbing for extended periods.
- Capability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
