Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, and staff members.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant laws, EPA, and OSHA regulations.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose and carry out minor repairs.
• Coordinate and complete all make-ready repairs and services.
• Assist in maintaining neat and clean grounds.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in apartment maintenance.
• High School diploma or GED required; HVAC certification preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and automobile insurance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools, mechanical equipment, and measuring devices.
• Physically capable of lifting/carrying up to 75lbs and working in various weather conditions.
