Job Description
We are GoldOller Real Estate Investments, a rapidly growing real estate investment company looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Williamsburg of Cincinnati. As part of our team, you will be responsible for the maintenance operations related to apartment homes and property upkeep. This position offers a $3,000 retention bonus along with the potential to earn over $2K per year in commissions.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance on residential apartment homes, building exteriors, interiors, and public areas.
- Carry out small appliance, plumbing, electrical, and other repairs.
- Respond to emergency calls according to company policy.
Skills Required
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of multifamily facilities/apartment maintenance experience.
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Flexible with EPA certifications and exceptional safety skills.
- Ability to work weekends and travel within the region.
- Physical ability to lift over 50lbs, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
