Job Description
TOYO TIRE NORTH AMERICA MANUFACTURING, INC. is seeking Apprentice Maintenance Technicians to perform basic preventive maintenance on advanced production machinery at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. The role involves working on robotic-driven equipment with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). The ideal candidate will have mechanical experience and knowledge in areas such as hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, and PLCs. You will be required to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic preventive maintenance on advanced production machinery.
- Work with robotic-driven equipment and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
- Ensure machinery operates efficiently by conducting routine maintenance.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot issues and perform repairs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Associate's degree.
- 2+ years of mechanical experience.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, and PLCs.
- Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift objects up to 80 pounds.
