Job Description
We are looking for Apprentice Maintenance Technicians to join our team at TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company. As an Apprentice Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing basic preventive maintenance on advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Responsibilities
- Conduct basic preventive maintenance on industrial machinery.
- Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
- Perform oil lubrication, filter changes, and maintenance of PLCs.
- Operate AC & DC servo drives.
- Be willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Associate's degree.
- Minimum of two years of mechanical experience.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, PLCs, and servo drives.
- Ability to lift objects up to 80 pounds.
- Detail-oriented, team player, safety-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
