Job Description
TOYO TIRE NORTH AMERICA MANUFACTURING, INC. is seeking Apprentice Maintenance Technicians for our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Maintenance Technician Apprentice, you will perform basic preventive maintenance on advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Responsibilities
- Conduct basic maintenance tasks on industrial equipment.
- Work on hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Perform oil lubrication, filter changes, and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Assist with AC & DC servo drives and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
- Adhere to safety protocols and work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Associate's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of two years of mechanical experience.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs (Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley).
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
