Job Description
Roundhouse Communities LLC, a rapidly growing real estate developer, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician at Roundhouse, you will play a crucial role in upkeeping and repairing our properties, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, pool, and spa systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Assist in vendor management and coordinate with contractors and service providers.
- Participate in on-call rotations and snow removal activities as needed.
- Adhere to safety procedures and represent the company in a professional manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of general maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO, and carpentry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Capable of standing, walking, and climbing ladders for extended periods.
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
