Job Description
We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to join the GoldOller Real Estate Investments team as a Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining residential apartment homes and property areas, performing repairs, and ensuring the highest standards of upkeep. This position offers a $1,500 retention bonus, with the potential to earn additional commissions.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance on apartment homes and property areas.
- Conduct repairs in various areas including appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Respond to emergency calls according to company policies.
- Assist with other duties as required.
Skills Required
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in multifamily facilities maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- EPA certification required.
- Excellent safety skills and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Availability to work weekends and travel within the region.
