Job Description
Avesta Housing is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician (Floater) to maintain buildings and grounds of affordable housing properties in Kittery, Maine, and the Seacoast region of New Hampshire. As a vital member of our team, you will contribute to our mission to provide quality affordable housing.

What We're Looking For
- Reliable individual willing to learn and grow in a mission-based environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong decision-making and judgment skills
- Professional and detail-oriented with excellent communication and customer service
- Basic repair skills and willingness to learn carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting
- Availability for on-call duties and a valid driver's license
- Experience with technology is beneficial
This is a full-time, non-exempt position with an hourly wage of $21.00 - $23.00 and potential for overtime pay. The role is on-site, supporting properties in Kittery, ME; Exeter, NH; and Hampton Falls, NH.
