Mayroad is looking for a Maintenance Technician Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential properties and Mayroad assets, ensuring the highest standards are met. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, responding to work orders promptly, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting inspections to identify and address maintenance issues. The Maintenance Technician Generalist will handle a variety of tasks such as plumbing repairs, electrical work, HVAC maintenance, appliance repairs, and enhancing building appearances. This position requires reliability, attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on residential properties and community amenities.
• Respond to emergency, urgent, and routine work orders promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and perform necessary repairs.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repairs, and building enhancements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of general residential maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and ability to obtain HVAC certification within 12 months.
• Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to work independently or in a team.

Work Environment

The role involves working in residential environments, using personal protective equipment, and exposure to various working conditions.

Physical Demands

Heavy lifting, climbing, balancing, and other physical tasks are part of the job.

Travel

Minimal travel requirements, less than 5%.
