Primary Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of production machines and equipment.
- Replace defective parts and make adjustments to comply with specifications.
- Plan and schedule routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Fabricate repair parts and maintain equipment inventories.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and support multi-shift operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain clean work areas.
Requirements
- AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance with 5 years of experience.
- Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electronic, and electrical skills.
- Basic plumbing and HVAC knowledge.
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Excellent communication and technical skills.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Flexible schedule for 24-hour equipment breakdown response.
