Job Description
We are hiring a Make Ready Technician to join our team at GoldOller Real Estate Investments. As a Make Ready Technician, you will play a key role in preparing our apartment units for new residents, ensuring a welcoming environment for all. You will be responsible for maintaining equipment, completing work orders, and addressing any maintenance issues promptly. Responsibilities
- Prepare apartment homes for new move-ins.
- Assist with service team work orders.
- Maintain and repair equipment to ensure functionality.
- Communicate effectively regarding property maintenance and safety concerns.
- Handle on-call emergencies as necessary.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of Make Ready Technician experience.
- Knowledge of equipment functions, appliances, and basic maintenance tasks.
- Skills in painting, drywall, plumbing, and basic electrical work.
- Ability to work weekends and travel if needed.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, carrying, and prolonged standing.
