Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Manager of Enterprise Security to join our team at Flexential. As the Manager of Enterprise Security, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our assets, personnel, and customers by designing, implementing, and managing security services and systems. The ideal candidate should thrive in challenging environments, excel in leadership, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage in-house and contracted security staff and contracts.
- Act as a security subject matter expert for interactions with employees, customers, and vendors.
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Manage security budgets and monitor expenses.
- Recruit, train, and supervise security officers and guards.
- Design, implement, and manage physical security systems.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in managing people, projects, and processes.
- Strong technical background in low voltage systems.
- Experience managing budgets and procurement.
- Proficiency in networking and security systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genetec Certification or willingness to obtain.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in managing projects in a multi-location environment.
- Experience with access control and video management systems.
- Proficiency in network design and related software.
- ASIS Certification and IT hardware/software certifications.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Some travel may be required.
