Job Description

We are looking for a Manager, Field Analytics and Operations to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming the lives of patients. In this remote role, you will be responsible for delivering field force analytics and operational effectiveness for the Oncology Business Unit under the US Business Operations and Analytics department. Your key responsibilities will include field target planning, field process optimization, field analytics, performance measurement, field force data solutions, and incentive compensation management. The successful candidate must possess strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills to manage multiple deliverables and shifting priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Support Oncology team's field strategies, customer targeting, and segments.
  • Design and implement customer call planning and targeting tools.
  • Owning sub-national sales force reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments.
  • Deliver presentations and reports on incentive compensation programs.
  • Partner with US Data Strategy and Commercial IS and Data Operations teams for enhancing capabilities and operational consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
  • Experience with IQVIA, Symphony, or related pharmaceutical data.
  • Strong business and technology acumen.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • 3+ years in sales operations, analytics, and/or Commercial IT, preferably in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.

The total compensation package for this role ranges from $108,000 to $162,000, with additional benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k retirement savings, and flexible paid vacation.
