Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a talented Manager for GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities to join our innovative team. The Manager will demonstrate expertise in Clinical Development processes, digital systems, and technology solutions. This role involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders to optimize operational excellence and drive efficiencies in Global Clinical Development Operations and R&D functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of digital systems in GCDO.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and manage technology solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on technology and analytics to enhance trial performance.
- Identify and integrate new technologies relevant to GCDO operations.
- Maintain, review, and optimize digital systems to support GCDO functions.
- Drive continuous improvement through system enhancements and project initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong IT proficiency with a focus on clinical digital systems and analytics.
- Extensive experience in clinical trials management and technology implementation.
- Knowledge of analytics platforms and programming tools.
- Pharmaceutical industry expertise with a GxP compliance focus.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and lead cross-functional projects.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Background
- BA/BS degree in scientific/healthcare or technology field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical technology within pharmaceutical/biotechnology sector.
- Familiarity with FDA/ICH guidelines and software validation principles.
- Proficiency in 21 C.F.R. Part 11 and computerized systems for clinical trials.
