Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Manager, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities to lead the design, development, and support of digital systems and technologies for Global Clinical Development Operations. The role requires collaborating with stakeholders, managing digital systems, and driving optimization and efficiencies in clinical trial operations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the design, development, and delivery of digital systems for GCDO.
• Collaborate with various departments within R&D on technology implementations.
• Accountable for delivering digital systems and analytics/reporting for GCDO.
• Identify and implement new technologies to support GCDO needs.
• Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives within the department.

Requirements

• IT-literate with experience in clinical digital systems.
• Strong project management skills and clinical trials experience.
• Proficiency in analytics platforms and programming capabilities.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards and compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.

Education and Experience

• BA/BS in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical technology.
• Familiarity with FDA/ICH guidelines and regulations.
• Ability to travel as needed.
