Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Manager Trainees at Aldi. In this position, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn all aspects of store management, from overseeing daily operations to developing effective team management skills.

Up to $98,500 (inclusive of salary and bonuses, location-dependent)
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day store operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Mentor and guide team members in alignment with company values.
- Ensure store performance meets company standards.
- Manage staff schedules and operational plans effectively.
Qualifications
- 18 years or older.
- Experience in retail preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
