Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Manager in Training to join Aldi and learn all aspects of successfully managing a store. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will supervise store operations, ensure customer service excellence, and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store activities to provide top-tier customer service.
• Communicate company values, create a teamwork environment, and handle customer concerns effectively.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and operational plans while mentoring team members.
• Ensure store signage, product quality, and merchandising standards are maintained.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older.
• Previous retail experience with management exposure.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, organize, and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of budgeting, personnel management, and customer service principles.
